to wait in their car until their temperature can be checked by the nurse.
Mon - Wed: 8:30am - 5pm
Closed for lunch: 12:30- 2pm
Thurs: 8:30am - 12:30pm

COVID-19 & FLUÂ NOTICE
Patients are currently being asked to stay in their cars until screening can be done prior to coming into our clinic. Our office is making every precaution possible to keep our patients and staff safe.
TELEMEDICINE
Telemedicine allows Dr. Raetzsch to connect wtih patients by video transmission to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients at distance using a smartphone or computer. Due to COVID-19, we have moved to utilizing video visit to keep patients safe at home and out of the doctor’s office when possible.
FORMS
Medical records provide important information about you and your family’s health. New patient enrollment, current medication, emergency contacts and consent forms are all part of your medical chart. Medical records are kept confidential. Transmission of electronic documents with personal health information must be made by a secure fax, via the patient portal or brought to your next office visit.
